We offer a 10-day return window, starting from the day your order is delivered. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
To qualify for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition as when received, including original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
To begin a return, please email us at hello@cardrevival.com. If your request is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return label along with detailed instructions for sending your item back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be processed.
Card Revival cannot be held responsible for items damaged in transit or lost in transit. Should this occur, please file a claim with the carrier your order was shipped with (UPS or USPS).
