RETURNS

We offer a 10-day return window, starting from the day your order is delivered. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when received, including original tags and packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To begin a return, please email us at hello@cardrevival.com. If your request is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return label along with detailed instructions for sending your item back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be processed.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, reach out to us right away so we can review the situation and make it right.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

Some products cannot be returned, including perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalized orders, and personal care items. We also cannot accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to contact us before starting a return.

Sale items and gift cards are final and not eligible for return.

EXCHANGES

To receive a different item quickly, we recommend returning your original purchase first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you’d like.

REFUNDS

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of its approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
